Engaging in Reflect Practice explained how teachers need to process their thinking about actions, identify strengths and weaknesses, and what they can work on to enhance teaching.

Elements Include Self-Assessment of Teaching, Analysis and Discovery, and Application and Continuous Improvement. Teachers should reflect and look back at previous test scores from the past unit and see what the teacher should work on or see what the teacher did well when instructing the students. It also allows the teacher to see what the students need to improve on, or what they did well with.
