Explains how important it is for students and teachers to be motivated and dedicated to being sufficient in the content and undertake personal growth in the classroom. Teachers should establish “a culture of learning” where the environment shows the value of hard work and perseverance of both the teacher and the student.

Elements includes Purpose and Motivation, Dispositions for Learning, Student Agency and Pride in Work, and Support and Perseverance. Praise the students for their hard work and dedication in their class, like having a student of the week, which recognizes a student for their hard work in class. You can give the student special privileges in the class, or just in general, spotlight the child for their dedication.
