Contributing to School Community and Culture 

Contributing to School Community and Culture states that a school’s full potential is realized only when teachers regard themselves as members and leaders in a learning organization. 

​

Elements include Relational Trust and Collaborative Spirit, Culture of Inquiry and Innovation, and Service to School. Teachers sit into other teachers classrooms and observe their instruction techniques, how they answer the students questions, and how they fully explain the lesson plan in a way that the students understand it.
