Growing and Developing Professionally shows that all teachers should want to continue to grow and learn to enhance their teaching skills as they learn the newest teaching strategies and ways of technology.

Elements include Curiosity and Autonomy, Developing Cultural Competence, Enhancing Knowledge and Skills, and Seeking and Acting on Feedback. Teachers could research effective ed-tech tools to use in their classroom that allows students to learn the curriculum in the classroom.
