Leading for Equity 101
This Microsoft Course demonstrated the importance of Equity, and how Microsoft can be applied with equity in the classroom. Equity in education is defined as "heart-work" and student-centered, and equity is essentially what each student wants and needs in the classroom. Teachers can create a strong co-leadership team with students, teaching staff, support staff, instructional coaching staff, counselors, parents , and community members through the use of Microsoft tools including Immersive Reader, Math Assistant, Power Point, Sway, Microsoft Teams, Microsoft OneNote Notebook, Flip, and other tools.

Windows 11 and Windows 11 SE
This Microsoft Course displayed that Windows 11 and Windows 11 SE provide educators and students fundamental tools and resources to create a successful and effective classroom environment. Windows 11 helps educators stay organized, manage tasks, offer high-quality educational experiences for their students, and allows teachers to be productive during the school day. Windows 11 includes resources such as Microsoft OneNote, Voice typing, collaborative whiteboard, Custom Desktops, and Teams and Chat. Windows 11 SE targets K-8 students, and includes The Start Menu, apps that launch full screen so students can stay on task, Snap Assist having two screens to be open at once, and single sign-on which allow students to automatically log into their apps.
